We've got a few extra rounds to keep people involved and there will be a lot of audience interaction. With the cameras out of the way, we will be able to be ourselves and just chat away, telling some stories in between the questions. They were big shoes to fill but I didn't feel like I was in his shadow. Coisty was different class and really knew his stuff as well as being a very funny guy. But when he went back to Rangers and they asked me to come along and give it a go, I've tried my best and hopefully am doing OK.
You and rival captain Matt Dawson are the naughty boys of the show does Sue have a tough job keeping you on your best behaviour?
We'll be having some good banter, but nothing too outrageous. It's all about the good natured banter and the laugh, that's why the show has been so successful and lasted so long. Fans will get to enjoy the best parts of the programme on the tour.

Cricket legend Phil Tufnell is game for a laugh as he brings hit quiz to Scotland
What is your least favourite round in a Question of Sport?
For more than 40 years, Question of Sport Nike Air Max 90 Amazon
The classic BBC sporting quiz takes to the road this autumn for the first ever live versions of the format, with host Sue Barker and captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell touring the UK with special local guests in every city competing for the sports bragging rights.
For anyone in sport, Air Max 90 Jacquard it's like a real badge of honour to take part. Everyone would talk about it, and when I was first asked to go on I thought, 'crikey I must be pretty good at cricket to be going on Question of Sport.' Then to be asked to be one of the captains was a fantastic honour. It was up there with one of the greatest achievements of my career.
involved in, and it's always a laugh. Sue and Matt are a great laugh to work with, and we all enjoy each other's company. Sue is very much the boss though, and we both know that what she says goes. It'll be the same on the live shows, but I'm sure she can handle us.
The hardest round has got to be the mystery guest, because you either know them or you don't. If you recognise a nose or eye, you might think you know him, but if not you're scuppered.
the most enduring bits of lad TV.
With no watershed or bleep button, will you be letting your language go too?
I'm sure whatever happens, we'll have a great time, but we really don't know what to expect. We have a couple of hundred people in the TV studio but a live show will be very different. Hopefully people will come out and have a laugh with us.
So what was it like to get on the show?
Your guests for Question of Sport's Scottish leg are rugby stars Andy Nicol and Gavin Hastings and Olympic runner Liz McColgan. Have you met them before?

Was it tough to fill the boots of your predecessor, Ally McCoist?
Definitely. Wasn't everybody? I remember watching it with my mum and dad, and we'd always play along with the different rounds. I can't believe it's been going for 40 years, and it's something a lot of us as sports fans have grown up with.
I've not come across Andy or Liz before, but I have met Gavin, and he's great fun. I'm looking forward to meeting them all, and that's one of the real beauties of the show. We go around the country getting to meet new people and sporting heroes from different parts of Britain.
Are you guys nervous about swapping the small studio audience for thousands of fans for the live show?
Were you a fan of QoS as a boy?
We're looking forward to enjoying some good Scottish hospitality. Although we've got a very busy schedule, we'll be sure to make time for a laugh. Daws is a big mate of McCoist, so no doubt we'll catch up.
